Erin Dominguez

Erin is a partner at Greene Taubman Dias Chernus Simborg & Dominguez and a Certified Specialist in Family Law as certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization.  She concentrates her practice exclusively on family law matters. She represents spouses and domestic partners in family law proceedings involving complex property division, business interests, child and spousal support, and custody and visitation.  Erin also has extensive experience in domestic violence restraining order proceedings, parentage actions, and pre- and post-marital agreements.  Erin litigates matters in Marin County, San Francisco County and Los Angeles County.  

Prior to joining the firm in October 2020, Erin was a partner at Simborg • Killingsworth, where she practiced from early 2012 to September 2020.  Before Simborg • Killingsworth, Erin spent two years as an associate in the family law department of Sideman & Bancroft LLP in San Francisco.  Erin began her legal career at Cooley LLP working on commercial litigation matters and antitrust investigations.

Originally from El Paso, Texas, Erin received her B.A. in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Ferguson Prize for her senior thesis in the History Department.  In 2007, Erin received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she concentrated her course work on family law, co-founded the Family Law Society, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.

Erin is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  She has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Center for Lesbian Rights, a national non-profit committed to advancing the rights of LGBT individuals and their families through impact litigation, education and public policy advocacy. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Marin County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
